The obtained microporous lightweight silica brick product has the advantages of fine aperture, small density, low thermal conductivity, high porosity, high mechanical strength, good high-temperature volume stability, strong acid atmosphere and slag erosion resistance and the like, is low in preparation cost and good in heat insulation effect, meets harsh high-temperature environment and heat insulation requirements of thermal equipment, and is suitable for popularization and application.
