The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials for iron-making blast furnaces, in particular to a microporous corundum brick and a preparation method thereof. The microporous corundum brick is prepared from raw materials including granules, fine powder and a resin binder, the granules are corundum granules; the particles comprise three particle grades of 3-5 mm, 1-3 mm and 0-1 mm; the fine powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-21 parts of corundum fine powder; 3-9 parts of alumina micro powder; 3-7 parts of metal silicon powder; 3-7 parts of ferro-silicon nitride; 2-6 parts of carbon black; 1-3 parts of binding clay; the granularity of the fine powder is less than or equal to 0.074 mm. By adjusting the product formula, introducing the metal silicon powder, the ferro-silicon nitride, the nano-scale carbon black, the alumina micro-powder and the binding clay and limiting the particle size range of the raw material components, the finally obtained microporous corundum brick has good slag resistance, alkali resistance and molten iron corrosion resistance, and also has better thermal shock resistance.
本发明涉及炼铁高炉用耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种微孔刚玉砖及其制备方法。微孔刚玉砖由包括颗粒料、细粉和树脂结合剂的原料制备得到;颗粒料为刚玉颗粒;颗粒料包括3~5mm、1~3mm和0~1mm三种颗粒级别;细粉按重量份数计包括:刚玉细粉15~21份;氧化铝微粉3~9份;金属硅粉3~7份;氮化硅铁3~7份;炭黑2~6份;结合粘土1~3份;所述细粉的粒度≤0.074mm。本发明通过调整制品配方,引入金属硅粉、氮化硅铁、纳米级炭黑、氧化铝微粉和结合粘土,并限定了原料组分的粒度范围,最终获得的微孔刚玉砖具有良好的抗渣、抗碱、抗铁水侵蚀性,而且具有较好的抗热震性能。
