The pumping storage power station comprises a base, wall bodies, a water storage reservoir, a water turbine, a submersible pump, a water storage pool and a supporting frame; the multiple wall bodies are arranged on the base and define the water storage reservoir; the water storage pool is arranged below the base and connected to the water storage pool through a first channel; the water turbine is arranged in the first channel; the submersible pump is arranged in the water storage pool and used for pumping out water in the water storage pool; the supporting frame is arranged in the water storage reservoir and is of a frame structure; the supporting frame comprises a plurality of rows of horizontal supporting pipes and a plurality of rows of vertical supporting pipes; the horizontal supporting pipes and the vertical supporting pipes are connected to form the supporting frame; the supporting frame is connected to the wall bodies on the periphery of the water storage reservoir; the bottom end of the supporting frame is fixed to the bottom of the water storage reservoir; and the highest position of the supporting frame is flush with the highest positions of the wall bodies. The horizontal supporting pipes and the vertical supporting pipes are connected and are connected to the wall bodies and the base at the same time, and the supporting effect is achieved on the structure on the periphery of the water storage reservoir.
