Foundation pit bottom plate structure and construction method thereof
In order to reduce the influence of new foundation pit construction on a tunnel below a foundation pit, the invention provides a foundation pit bottom plate structure and a construction method thereof. The foundation pit bottom plate structure is arranged above the tunnel and comprises a plurality of bottom plate sub-blocks, the bottom plate sub-blocks are fixed to the bottom of a foundation pit through engineering piles, and the bottom plate sub-blocks are sequentially connected to form the foundation pit bottom plate. During construction, before the foundation pit is excavated, the foundation pit bottom plate to be constructed is firstly divided into a plurality of bottom plate blocks, then a soil body on the upper portion of one bottom plate block is excavated, and bottom plate pouring is conducted. After the construction of the current bottom plate sub-block is completely finished, the construction of the next bottom plate sub-block is carried out. Due to the fact that the foundation pit bottom plate is constructed in a block construction mode, the soil body above the tunnel cannot be completely removed at a time in the construction process, after one bottom plate block is constructed, the bottom plate blocks provide the pressure of an original upper soil body on the tunnel, and therefore it is guaranteed that enough pressure exists above the tunnel, and it is guaranteed that the tunnel cannot float upwards and deform.
为了减小新建基坑施工对基坑下方的隧道的影响,本发明提供一种基坑底板结构及其施工方法。一种基坑底板结构,设置于隧道上方,包括若干底板分块,所述底板分块通过工程桩固定于基坑底部,所述底板分块依次连接,形成基坑底板。施工时,在基坑开挖前,首先将待施工的基坑底板划分为若干底板分块,然后对一块底板分块上部的土体进行开挖并进行底板浇筑。当当前底板分块施工全部结束后,再进行下一个底板分块的施工。由于采用分块施工的方式对基坑底板进行施工,隧道上方的土体不会在施工过程中一次全部移除,而在一块底板分块施工完毕后,底板分块又提供了原来上部土体对隧道的压力,从而保证了隧道上方有足够的压力,确保隧道不会上浮变形。
