The invention relates to a construction elevator foundation construction method utilizing a bottom plate, which comprises the following steps: surveying and setting out, determining the mounting position of a construction elevator, and marking the positions of bolt holes on a corresponding construction elevator underframe on a protective layer at the bottom of the bottom plate by using red paint; binding construction of bottom plate reinforcing steel bars; burying tower crane base underframe connecting bolts; steel plates are pre-buried, and steel plate preformed holes are formed; steel bar stirrups are embedded; arranging a water collecting pit; pouring bottom plate concrete; plastering bottom plate concrete and making a slope; and installing the construction elevator. According to the construction elevator foundation construction method using the bottom plate, the bolts are directly embedded in the bottom plate for a building which is high in basement vertical transportation requirement and needs to penetrate through the bottom plate, the bottom plate structure is used as the construction elevator foundation, resources can be saved to a great extent, and construction is facilitated.
