The invention discloses a dredging device for culvert pipe laying in a tunnel. The dredging device comprises a machine body and a driving device. A water pump is installed between the machine body and a cavity, water in a water tank is sprayed to sludge at the bottom of the machine body through a high-pressure spray head by means of the water pump, on one hand, the sludge can be crushed to provide convenience for stirring of stirring blades, and on the other hand, a small part of sludge can be flushed away to reduce obstruction for movement of a driving roller. A first gear and a second gear are arranged on a motor and a rotating shaft in parallel, the first gear is engaged with a first bevel gear to drive a third bevel gear at the bottom of a linkage shaft to be engaged with a horizontal gear to drive the driving roller to rotate, and movement of the device is achieved. Meanwhile, the second gear and a second bevel gear are engaged with each other to achieve rotation of the stirring blades at the bottom of a linkage rod, and sludge at the bottom of the machine body is stirred. A sludge suction pump is installed on one side of the driving device, sludge is pumped through a suction cup on a suction pipe of the sludge suction pump below the machine body, the sludge is sprayed out of the machine body through a sludge outlet pipe, and sludge cleaning is achieved.
