Integral super-hydrophobic silicate cement foam concrete product and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an integral super-hydrophobic silicate cement foam concrete product, which comprises the steps of uniformly mixing ordinary silicate cement, standard sand, fibers, water, a water reducing agent and hydrogen-containing silicone oil according to a certain mixing ratio, and then compacting, molding, demolding and curing to obtain a concrete sample; and polishing the surface of the concrete sample with abrasive paper of 100-600 meshes to remove the surface to obtain the overall super-hydrophobic silicate foam concrete product with super-hydrophobic surface and any internal fracture surface. The preparation method and the silicate concrete preparation process are completed synchronously, use of cement additives is not affected, and the operability is high; and the prepared overall super-hydrophobic silicate foam concrete product is small in density and good in hydrophobicity, the heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof performance of a wall building material can be improved, and any fracture surface in the product has a super-hydrophobic function.
本发明公开了一种整体超疏水硅酸盐水泥泡沫混凝土制品的制备方法,按照一定的配合比将普通硅酸盐水泥、标准砂、纤维、水、减水剂和含氢硅油拌和均匀,然后振实、成型、脱模、养护后得到混凝土试样;将混凝土试样表皮用100目~600目的砂纸打磨掉表皮后即得到表面和内部任意断裂面均具有超疏水的整体超疏水硅酸盐泡沫混凝土制品。本发明制备方法与硅酸盐混凝土制备过程完成同步,不影响水泥添加剂的使用,可操作性强;所制备的整体超疏水硅酸盐泡沫混凝土制品密度小,憎水性好,可提高墙体建筑材料的保温、隔热及防水性能,并且产品的内部任意断裂面均具有超疏水功能。
