The invention discloses a prefabricated substation with an adaptive disassembly and assembly structure, and belongs to the technical field of prefabricated buildings. The prefabricated substation comprises a solar cover plate, side plates and a moisture-proof bottom plate, wherein the side plates are used as a frame of the whole prefabricated substation; the frame of the prefabricated substation is composed of a plurality of side plates; the plurality of side plates are connected through portable connecting assemblies; specifically, the moisture-proof bottom plate is connected with the side plates through first assembly groove strips; and the side plates are connected with the solar cover plate through second assembly groove strips. When the prefabricated substation is installed, the side plates are arranged at the edge of the moisture-proof bottom plate, then the first assembly groove strips are inserted and positioning rods are inserted into circular through holes, so that the stability of the whole side plate assembly is ensured; and then the solar cover plate is hoisted and fixed. The whole prefabricated substation is simple in installation process, and meanwhile, the parts have very high adaptability and have certain practicability.
