Foam concrete containing phosphorus slag and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses foam concrete containing phosphorus slag and a preparation method of the foam concrete. The foam concrete is prepared from a concrete mixture, wherein the concrete mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 400-410 parts of cement; 100 to 105 parts of the phosphorus slag; 40 to 50 parts of stone powder; 1-3 parts of a foaming agent; 120 to 130 parts of water; 3-5 parts of quick lime; 1-2 parts of calcium borate; and 0.3 to 0.7 part of ferric sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a gelling material; step 2, preparing an intermediate mixing material; step 3, preparing a concrete mixture; and step 4, pouring, curing and forming. The foam concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of being capable of simultaneously maintaining relatively good strength performance and heat insulating performance; in addition, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation and easiness in industrial production.
