On one hand, the needed operation region is small, large equipment is not needed, rolling vibration is not needed during construction, and the problem that rolling and tamping are not compact in the roadbed filling process is solved; on the other hand, the lower foam light soil layer, the middle foam light soil layer and the upper foam light soil layer are poured in a layered pouring mode, the density of each foam light soil layer can be adaptively changed according to engineering practice during construction, and controllability and applicability are higher; in addition, the upper layer is filled with geocell reinforced light soil, the thickness of an overlying soil layer can be effectively reduced to a certain extent while the bearing strength of the roadbed is guaranteed, and the construction period and cost are further reduced.
本发明涉及道路建设技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于固废利用的轻质二灰土路基施工方法,包括地基处理步骤、排水处理步骤、分层浇筑步骤、张拉处理步骤、填筑处理步骤和保湿养护步骤。本发明一方面所需作业面积少,且无需使用大型设备,施工时无须碾压振动,克服了路基在填筑过程中碾压夯实不密实的问题;另一方面采用分层浇筑的方式浇筑下层泡沫轻质土层、中间层泡沫轻质土层和上层泡沫轻质土层,在施工时可根据工程实际对每层泡沫轻质土层的密度进行适应性改变,其可控性及适用性更强;此外,本发明在上层采用土工格室加筋轻质土填筑,能够在保证路基承载强度的同时,在一定程度上有效地减少上覆土层的厚度,进一步减少施工工期和成本。
