The invention relates to the technical field of road roadbed engineering, in particular to a light lime-ash soil roadbed structure based on solid waste utilization. The structure comprises an anti-seepage geotechnical cloth layer, a broken stone hardcore, a water seepage geotechnical cloth layer, a lower foam light soil layer, a middle foam light soil layer, an upper foam light soil layer, a geocell reinforced light soil layer, a waterproof geotechnical cloth layer and a side slope which are sequentially laid in a trapezoid shape from bottom to top; the side slope extends from the anti-seepage geotechnical cloth layer to the waterproof geotechnical cloth layer; and the geocell reinforced light soil layer is arranged in the upper foam light soil layer. According to the invention, a large amount of solid wastes can be effectively applied to the roadbed material, and compared with traditional roadbed fillers, not only can the pollution to the environment be reduced, but also the source problem of highway engineering construction materials can be effectively alleviated; so that the problem that the increasing requirements of engineering construction cannot be met due to the fact that highway construction resources and high-quality construction materials are lacked in the prior art is solved.
