Fabricated concrete pavement and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated concrete pavement and a construction method thereof. The fabricated concrete pavement comprises a roadbed layer, a connecting piece and a concrete layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the concrete layer is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated rectangular concrete slabs, the adjacent concrete slabs are mutually lapped through staggered joints on the side edges to realize tight tiling, and a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the edges, where the staggered joints are located, of the concrete slabs; connecting pieces are distributed according to staggered joint positions and comprise bases and a plurality of vertical rods arranged on the bases, the bases are completely embedded in the roadbed layer, and the vertical rods are inserted into the connecting holes of the two adjacent concrete slabs in a matched mode and are flush with the concrete layers; and the staggered joints and the connecting holes are densely filled with asphalt. The fabricated concrete pavement is short in construction period, rapid in maintenance and tight in combination.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土路面及施工方法,包括从下往上依次设置的路基层、连接件和混凝土层;混凝土层由若干预制的矩状混凝土板拼装而成,相邻混凝土板间通过侧边的错口相互搭接实现紧密平铺,混凝土板上错口所在边开设有若干连接孔;连接件根据错口位置分布,包括底座和设在底座上的若干竖杆,底座完全预埋在路基层内、竖杆配合插入两个相邻混凝土板的连接孔中且与混凝土层齐平;错口缝和连接孔均通过沥青填充密实。本发明工期短,可快速维修,结合紧密。
