Water-permeable fabricated concrete pavement and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a water-permeable fabricated concrete pavement and a construction method thereof. The pavement comprises a water seepage interlayer, a water storage base layer, a water-permeable base layer and a water-permeable concrete surface layer which are sequentially laid on a natural rammed foundation from bottom to top, the water-permeable concrete surface layer is formed by splicing a plurality of concrete prefabricated slabs, and the concrete prefabricated slabs are connected through grooves and tongues and grooves of tenons. The water storage base layer is formed by paving granular aggregates, and the bearing capacity and the water storage cooling capacity of the base layer are provided at the same time through the granular aggregates; the water seepage interlayer is composed of an upper seepage-proofing layer and a lower isolation layer, the upper seepage-proofing layer is connected with the water storage base layer, the lower isolation layer is connected with the natural rammed earth foundation, and the water seepage interlayer is provided with a drainage slope and can transversely drain seepage water of the water storage base layer to longitudinal blind ditches in the two sides of the road surface. The water storage and drainage capacity of the pavement is excellent, field construction is easy, the construction quality is uniform and stable, and the influence degree of the construction process on traffic is smaller.
一种透水型装配式混凝土路面及其施工方法,路面包括在天然夯实地基上由下至上依次铺设的渗水隔层、蓄水基层、透水基层以及透水混凝土面层;透水混凝土面层由多块混凝土预制板拼接而成,混凝土预制板之间采用凹槽和凸榫的企口连接;蓄水基层采用颗粒集料铺装而成,通过颗粒集料同时提供基层的承载能力与蓄水降温能力;渗水隔层由上层防渗层和下层隔离层组成,上层防渗层与蓄水基层衔接,下层隔离层与天然夯实土基相连,渗水隔层设有排水坡度,能够将蓄水基层的渗水横向排至路面两侧的纵向盲沟。本发明路面的蓄水与排水能力优秀,现场施工容易,施工质量均匀稳定,施工过程对交通影响程度更小。
