The invention discloses an automatic garbage adsorbing and cleaning mechanism which comprises an adsorbing cover and a conveying assembly, the conveying assembly comprises a conveying bin, a fan, a guide bin, a rotary driving part, a conveying roller, a conveying frame, a conveying belt, a conveying guide plate and a filtering plate, the conveying guide plate is in a comb shape, and the adsorbing cover is connected with one end of the conveying bin; the filter plate and the fan are installed at the other end of the conveying bin, the fan is located above the filter plate, and the other end of the conveying bin is connected with one end of the guide bin; the rotary driving part is installed on the outer wall of the guiding bin, the conveying frame is connected with the outer wall of the guiding bin, the two conveying rollers are parallelly installed on the conveying frame in a spaced and rotating mode, the two conveying rollers are connected through the conveying belt, and the conveying surface of the conveying belt is provided with the multiple conveying guiding plates at equal intervals.
