Cement-soil mixing pile type and cast-in-place pile type crown beam construction method and crown beam system
The invention provides a cement-soil mixing pile type and cast-in-place pile type crown beam construction method and a crown beam system. The method comprises the following steps that a construction site is leveled, surveying and setting-out are conducted, the axis is fixed, pile positions are arranged, and a groove is formed; a mixing pile machine is moved in place and leveled; the mixing pile machine carries out single-width and row-up mixing pile construction; hoisting an assembly type crown beam in place, and positioning and leveling the assembly type crown beam; profile steel cement soil mixing piles/sheet piles are inserted into the blank spaces in the assembly type top beam; after the assembly type top beam is installed within the range of the width, the mixing pile machine is moved to position the assembly type top beam of the next width section; connecting the assembled crown beams of all the sections into a whole; and after construction of a foundation pit or the underground structure is completed, the assembly type crown beam is dismantled and recycled. The structure is simple, easy and feasible, the crown beam system and the enclosure structure are well combined together and can be formed at a time, resources, manpower, the construction period and the manufacturing cost are saved, meanwhile, environmental pollution is avoided, reutilization can be achieved, and the purpose of further saving the resources and the manufacturing cost can be achieved.
本发明提供一种水泥土搅拌桩型、灌注桩型冠梁施工方法及冠梁系统，包括以下步骤：将施工场地整平，测量放线、定轴线、排桩桩位、开沟槽；搅拌桩机移动到位并调平；搅拌桩机进行单幅及成排搅拌桩施工；将装配式冠梁吊装到位，定位调平；将型钢水泥土搅拌桩/板桩按插入装配式冠梁内部的空格中；待本幅范围内装配式冠梁安装完毕，移动搅拌桩机进行下一幅段装配式冠梁定位；将各幅段装配式冠梁连接成一体；待基坑或地下结构施工完成后，对装配式冠梁拆除回收。简易可行，使得冠梁系统和围护结构很好的结合在一起，两者可一次成型、节约资源、人力、工期及造价的同时，避免环境污染，且可以重复利用，可达到进一步节约资源和造价的目的。
