The invention discloses an ultra-large FPSO pipe gallery module construction process. The process comprises the following steps of dividing a pipe gallery module into an upper section and a lower section, prefabricating the upper section and the lower section, prefabricating a cup support, and welding and fixing the cup support and the lower section; performing sand blasting and coating on the upper section and the lower section of the pipe gallery module; hoisting and transporting the upper section of the pipe gallery module to a final assembly position, and transporting the lower section to the final assembly position by using an overhanging type transportation assisting frame and an SPMT; and enabling the upper section and the lower section of the pipe gallery module to be subjected to final assembly. The strength of a fragmentation structure of a fragmentation mode is higher than that of a traditional single-layer fragmentation structure, so that the deformation control of the upper section and the lower section during hoisting and transportation is facilitated; meanwhile, only one-time stand column butt joint is needed, so that the number of times of final assembly of stand columns is reduced, and the perpendicularity of the stand columns is effectively guaranteed; and compared with a traditional process, the construction process has the advantages that a large number of prefabrication, transportation, hoisting and spraying resources do not need to be occupied, the work efficiency is greatly improved, the transportation problem of the pipe gallery module is solved, and the project cost is reduced.
