The invention relates to the technical field of balance doors, in particular to an internally and externally opened balance door. The internally and externally opened balance door comprises a door frame, a door plate and a connecting rod; the door frame is formed by connecting a frame and a cross beam end to end; a stand column parallel to the frame is arranged on the inner side of the frame on one side of the door frame; a strip-shaped groove is formed in the surface of a beam body, close to one end of the stand column, on the inner side of the cross beam; a sliding rail is arranged in the strip-shaped groove; a sliding block capable of sliding in the axial direction of the sliding rail is arranged on the peripheral face of the sliding rail; a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole are formed in the side, close to the stand column, of the bottom of the door plate and the side, close to the stand column, of the top of the door plate correspondingly; the second mounting hole is movably hinged to the sliding block through a second pin rod; a first pin rod is arranged in the first mounting hole; and two ends of the connecting rod are movably hinged with the first pin rod and one end of the stand column close to the cross beam respectively.
