The invention relates to concrete processing, in particular to low-viscosity concrete and a preparation process thereof. The low-viscosity concrete preparation process comprises the following steps that S1, micro-beads are added in while the concrete is prepared by stirring; S2, a mold is prepared, and a metal framework is added into the mold; S3, the concrete obtained by stirring is poured into the mold; and S4, the concrete is demolded after shaping to obtain the low-viscosity concrete, and the low-viscosity concrete is provided with four through holes after being demolded. According to the low-viscosity concrete and the preparation process thereof, after the concrete is poured into the mold, the low-viscosity concrete internally containing the metal framework is obtained after shaping and demolding, and the viscosity is reduced to facilitate demolding; and the low-viscosity concrete internally contains the metal framework to enhance the structural strength after solidification, and the shock resistance and the impact resistance of the low-viscosity concrete are enhanced.
