The pile foundation joist light supporting structure comprises supporting piles, joists, a buttress type retaining wall system, a safety guardrail and a waterproof layer, wherein the buttress type retaining wall system comprises a bottom plate, a vertical plate, a supporting arm, an anchor rod and a drainage hole; the supporting piles are arranged at the toe of a side slope; the joists are located between the supporting piles and the buttress type retaining wall system, and the top ends of the supporting piles extend into the joists; the joists are connected with the buttress type retaining wall system through steel bars; the lower ends of vertical rods of the safety guardrail are embedded in the vertical plate; and the waterproof layer is located on the rear side of the vertical plate and above a buttress.
