The cast-in-place multi-cabin pipe gallery formwork structure comprises a bottom formwork structure and a top formwork structure, wherein the bottom formwork structure comprises a concrete cushion layer, a guide wall outer formwork, a bottom plate formwork, a guide wall left inner formwork and a guide wall right inner formwork, the concrete cushion layer, the guide wall outer formwork, the bottom plate formwork, the guide wall left inner formwork, the guide wall right inner formwork and a haunch formwork are connected with one another so as to form a guide wall pouring bin, the top formwork structure is arranged above the bottom formwork structure and comprises a left outer formwork, a right outer formwork, a left inner formwork and a right inner formwork, a top plate formwork is arranged between the top ends of the left inner formwork and the right inner formwork which are oppositely arranged, and the top plate formwork is matched with the left outer formwork and the right outer formwork so as to form a pipe gallery pouring bin. The invention further discloses a construction method of the cast-in-place multi-cabin pipe gallery formwork structure. The mode that the bottom and the top of a pipe gallery are cast separately is adopted, the formwork can be turned over, and synchronous construction is achieved.
