The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of dehydration curing agents, and discloses a preparation method of a sludge dehydration curing agent, which comprises the following steps: respectively calcining Al (OH) 3 and CaCO3 in a muffle furnace for 2.5 hours, quenching after calcining to obtain high-activity Al2O3 and CaO, grinding the high-activity Al2O3 and CaO, sieving to serve as raw materials for later use, uniformly mixing Al2O3 and CaO according to a certain proportion, and then carrying out vacuum drying to obtain the sludge dehydration curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding distilled water according to a certain ratio, boiling in a hydrothermal synthesis device for 1-1.5 hours, cooling the slurry, drying in a drying oven to constant weight to obtain a hydrothermal synthesis product of Al2O3 and CaO, grinding the product, uniformly mixing with a small amount of CaF2 (about 4%), calcining at 1180 DEG C for 2 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, grinding by using a mortar, and sieving to obtain the calcium aluminate dehydration curing agent. Finally, the prepared calcium aluminate curing agent and ordinary Portland cement are compounded to obtain the aluminum-series dehydration curing agent which is called A1 dehydration curing agent, and CaF2 serves as a mineralizer to reduce the firing temperature of the curing agent and increase the synthesis speed of the curing agent.
