The insulator comprises a porcelain base body and an anti-aging coating positioned on the porcelain base body. The porcelain body matrix comprises the following raw materials: silicon resin, a flexible prepolymer, an organic solvent, polyol, isocyanate and a chain extension cross-linking agent; the anti-aging coating comprises the following raw materials: hydroxyl silicone oil, long-chain alkyl silane, a binder and a diluent. According to the anti-aging electric porcelain insulator, organic silicon resin is subjected to pyrolysis, organic matter ceramization is achieved, the porcelain body base body is prepared, then pores of the porcelain body base body are filled with the elastomer, on one hand, the elastomer can improve the mechanical strength of the material, and on the other hand, after long-term use, the elastomer can prevent the expansion of stress microcracks generated in the ceramic body matrix, and avoids the aging phenomenon caused by the stress microcracks to a certain extent.
本发明公开了一种防老化的电瓷绝缘子,属于绝缘子领域,其包括瓷坯基体和位于瓷坯基体上的防老化涂层;所述瓷坯基体包括以下原料:硅树脂、柔性预聚体、有机溶剂、多元醇、异氰酸酯、扩链交联剂;所述防老化涂层包括以下原料:羟基硅油、长链烷基硅烷、粘结剂以及稀释剂。本发明的一种防老化的电瓷绝缘子,通过采用有机硅树脂进行热解,实现有机物陶瓷化,制得瓷坯基体,再在瓷坯基体的孔隙中填入弹性体,该弹性体一方面能够提高材料的机械强度,另一方面经过长期使用后,该弹性体能够阻止瓷坯基体中产生的应力微裂纹的扩展,一定程度上避免了因应力微裂纹而出现“老化”的现象。
