Coating for stone-like coating curtain wall and construction method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building exterior wall coatings, and particularly relates to a coating for a stone-like coating curtain wall and a construction method thereof. The invention aims to solve the problem that the exterior wall stone-like coating is easy to crack and fall off due to long-term exposure to the wind, the sun and even impact of external force. The coating comprises a stone-like layer, a metal layer and finish-coat paint, the stone-like layer comprises, by weight, 10-30 parts of cordierite particles, 10-35 parts of aluminum oxide fine powder, 20-40 parts of zirconium oxide fine powder, 20-30 parts of high chlorinated polyethylene resin, 15-30 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.5-5 parts of stearic acid powder, and the metal layer is an amorphous metal coating sprayed to the surface of the stone-like layer through a flame spraying method. The amorphous metal coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of nickel powder, 10-15 parts of aluminum powder and 10-15 parts of alumina powder; according to the invention, cordierite particles with relatively large particle sizes are adopted, and after a metal layer is sprayed by using a flame spraying method, the effect of reinforcing a stone-like layer can be achieved, and the problem of stripping of the stone-like layer caused by wind and sun exposure and the like is avoided.
本发明属于建筑外墙涂料技术领域,具体为仿石涂层幕墙用涂料及其施工方法;本发明旨在解决外墙仿石漆由于长期需要经受风吹日晒甚至外力打击,极容易导致漆面崩裂脱落的问题;本发明涂料包括仿石层、金属层和罩面漆;仿石层堇青石颗粒10‑30份、氧化铝细粉10‑35份、氧化锆细粉20‑40份、高氯化聚乙烯树脂20‑30份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15‑30份和硬脂酸粉末0.5‑5份,金属层是通过火焰喷涂法喷涂至仿石层表面的非晶态金属涂料,非晶态金属涂料包括以下重量份数的原料:镍粉10‑15份、铝粉10‑15份和氧化铝粉10‑15份;本发明制备的采用较大粒径的堇青石颗粒,在使用火焰喷涂法喷涂金属层后,可起到加强仿石层的作用,避免因风吹日晒等原因造成仿石层剥离的问题。
