The invention provides a large-span longitudinal and transverse beam structure for assisting a tunnel in underneath passing an existing line track. The structure comprises reinforced concrete longitudinal beams erected along the lower parts of the two sides of the existing line track, and the reinforced concrete longitudinal beams are erected on cast-in-situ bored piles; at least two of the cast-in-situ bored piles are located near the outer contour of the tunnel at the junction of an underpass tunnel and an existing line track, cross beams are erected between the reinforced concrete longitudinal beams at intervals, and steel rails of the existing line track are erected on the cross beams. The structure is reasonable in cost, convenient to construct and suitable for the longitudinal and transverse beam structure for assisting the tunnel to underpass the existing line track with the large cross span, and it is guaranteed that when the tunnel underpasses the existing railway line above, normal and safe operation of the existing railway line is conducted.
