The invention discloses a micro-surfacing paver with a high-pressure water flow minimally invasive flushing and milling pretreatment function and a construction method. The micro-surfacing paver comprises a rack, an internal combustion engine, a mineral aggregate hopper, a walking device, a mineral aggregate transferring system, a waterway transferring system, an asphalt transferring system, a control platform, a flushing and milling device, a stirring device and a paving device. In the paving process, the flushing and milling device carries out pretreatment such as minimally invasive flushing and milling, washing brushing and watering on the pavement in real time. The problems of material leakage, material running and the like caused by the fact that the paving device is lifted and slipped due to impurities are solved; accumulated dust, oxide layers, unstable materials and the like on the original pavement are removed; and the pavement is wetted, and the surface temperature of the pavement is reduced. The road surface cleanliness is obviously improved, the environment humidity is improved, and the adhesive force between pavement layers is enhanced; quality performance is excellent, longitudinal edge forming is good, diseases are reduced, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged; and the paver is simple structure, simple to operate, convenient to apply, and stable, reliable and durable in performance. The paver is suitable for construction in various working surfaces and environments. The paver meets emission peak and carbon neutrality.
本发明公开了具备利用高压水流“微创”冲铣预处理功能的一种微表处摊铺机及施工方法，包括机架、内燃机、矿料斗、行走装置、矿料转输系统、水路转输系统、沥青转输系统、操控平台、冲铣装置、搅拌装置、摊铺装置；摊铺过程中冲铣装置“实时”对路面进行微创冲铣、洗刷、洒水做预处理。消除因杂质造成摊铺装置被顺势抬高与滑移所产生的漏料、跑料等问题；清除原路面的积灰、氧化层、不稳固材料等；润湿路面与降低路表温度。显著提高路表清洁度，改善环境湿度，增强铺面层间粘合力；质量性能优越，纵边成型好，减小病害发生，延长路面服务寿命；结构简捷，操控简单，应用方便，性能稳定可靠耐久。适合多种作业面与环境下施工。符合碳达峰，碳中和。
