The invention discloses a micro-surfacing paver which integrates material receiving, ingredient transferring, minimally invasive pretreatment, spraying, stirring and paving and a construction method. The paver comprises a rack, an internal combustion engine, a transfer case, a material receiving hopper, a mineral aggregate transferring system, a waterway transferring system, an asphalt transferring system, a walking device, a control platform, a road surface pretreatment device, a spraying device, a stirring device and a paving device. After raw materials are received and cached, the raw materials are metered, proportioned and mixed into a mixture, the mixture flows into the paving device to be paved, and the road surface is subjected to pretreatment including minimally invasive flushing and milling, milling brushing and asphalt spraying in real time. Operation and control are easy, material receiving is easy and convenient, the yield is large, efficiency is high, and performance is reliable; the problems of longitudinal and transverse joints and stub bars and the phenomenon of different paving quality are effectively solved; the proportioning precision is high, the paving width is wide, and the interlayer adhesive force is strong; and the quality performance is excellent, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged. The paver can perform cold mixing and paving, and in-situ cold recycling paving. The paver is suitable for construction in various working surfaces and environments. The paver meets emission peak and carbon neutrality.
