The embodiment of the invention relates to a disassembly-free bottom die truss floor support plate and a manufacturing method. The disassembly-free bottom die truss floor support plate comprises a bottom die, a plurality of connecting assemblies and a plurality of trusses; the bottom die is a flat plate with the preset thickness; the plurality of connecting assemblies are spaced by a certain distance and arranged on the bottom die in the first direction; each connecting assembly comprises a plurality of connecting bases arranged in the first direction and first connecting pieces arranged on the multiple connecting bases; the connecting bases are partially arranged in the bottom die and partially protrude out of the upper surface of the bottom die by the preset distance; the first connecting pieces are connected with protruding parts of the connecting bases; and the plurality of trusses are parallel to one another, arranged on the bottom die in the second direction, perpendicular to the first connecting pieces and fixed to the first connecting pieces. According to the floor support plate and the manufacturing method, the trusses can be firmly fixed to the bottom die through the connecting assemblies, manual steel bar binding does not need to be conducted on a construction site, meanwhile, the bottom die does not need to be disassembled, the project quality is improved, and the construction progress of a project is accelerated.
