Disassembly-free bottom mold truss floor support plate and manufacturing method thereof
The embodiments of the invention relate to a disassembly-free bottom mold truss floor support plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor support plate comprises a prefabricated bottom plate, a U-shaped clamping groove assembly and a truss; the U-shaped clamping groove assembly comprises a U-shaped clamping groove and an anchoring part which are fixedly connected; the anchoring part is welded to the lower portion of the U-shaped clamping groove; one or more longitudinal grooves are formed in the lower end of the U-shaped clamping groove; the truss is connected to the U-shaped clamping groove in a clamped mode; and the anchoring part and part of the clamping groove are embedded or inserted in the prefabricated bottom plate. In the embodiment, the bottom plate and the truss are connected through the pre-buried U-shaped clamping groove, so that a bottom mold does not need to be disassembled after the truss floor support plate is poured, welding of the truss and the bottom plate is avoided, the construction is convenient, and the construction period is shortened. The longitudinal grooves are formed in the lower end of the U-shaped clamping groove, and the continuity of the prefabricated bottom plate and post-poured concrete can be ensured by pre-burying part of the clamping groove and performing concrete post-pouring on the remaining part of the longitudinal grooves.
