Anti-sliding brake device independent of cable clamp
The invention relates to the field of cable structure design, in particular to an anti-sliding brake device independent of a cable clamp. The anti-sliding brake device is composed of high-strength bolt cover plates. The anti-sliding brake device comprises one or more groups of brakes; each brake comprises an upper anti-sliding brake cover plate and a lower anti-sliding brake cover plate, and after the two anti-sliding brake cover plates clamp a cable body in a cable clamp, the two sides of the two anti-sliding brake cover plates are fastened through high-strength bolts; when the anti-sliding brake device is provided with a group of brakes, the brakes are mounted on the outer side of the cable clamp along the direction of the cable body; and when the anti-sliding brake device comprises multiple groups of brakes, one brake is installed on the outer side, in the cable body direction, of the cable clamp, and the other brakes are sequentially attached and connected in series in the cable body direction. The brake is installed outside a cable clamp cableway, and pressure is applied to the cable body through pre-tightening of the pair of cover plates and the high-strength bolts on the cover plates so as to generate anti-sliding bearing force; and the cable clamp is tightly jacked or mechanically connected with the cable clamp, unbalanced force is borne, the cable body is prevented from sliding, and the unbalanced force transmitted to the cable clamp is avoided.
