Cast-in-place slab beam embedded line pipe module and cast-in-place beam structure embedded line construction method
The invention provides a cast-in-place slab beam embedded line pipe module. The cast-in-place slab beam embedded line pipe module comprises a base and a positioning sleeve; and a sleeve part of the positioning sleeve is arranged on the upper side of a positioning plate body, the positioning sleeve is connected with the base, and a through hole is formed in the base. The whole module can be pre-buried in a concrete cast-in-place beam structure, so that the cast-in-place beam is kept clean and attractive. The invention further provides a cast-in-place beam structure embedded line construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps that a pouring formwork of the cast-in-place beam structure is erected; the cast-in-place slab beam embedded line pipe module is placed at the appointed hole opening position on the inner side of the pouring template, and reinforcing steel bars are bound; line pipes are connected with the corresponding cast-in-place slab beam embedded line pipe modules correspondingly; and after pouring concrete is formed, the pouring formwork is dismantled, the pouring formwork is separated from the cast-in-place plate beam embedded line pipe modules, and the base through hole is exposed on the surface of the cast-in-place beam structure. The cast-in-place slab beam embedded line pipe module is not provided with holes in the surface of the pouring formwork, so that the defects of structural formwork loss, concrete slurry leakage and the like are overcome, the structural appearance is more attractive, and the position is accurate.
本发明给出了一种现浇板梁预埋线管模块；包括底座和定位套筒，定位套筒的套筒部设置在定位板体上侧，定位套筒与底座连接，底座开有通孔。本模块整体可以预埋至混凝土现浇梁结构内，使现浇梁保持整洁美观。本发明还给出了一种现浇梁结构预埋线施工方法，包括以下步骤：搭设现浇梁结构的浇筑模板；在浇筑模板内侧的约定开孔位置放置如上述的现浇板梁预埋线管模块，绑扎钢筋；线管分别与对应现浇板梁预埋线管模块连接；浇筑混凝土成型后拆除浇筑模板，浇筑模板与现浇板梁预埋线管模块分离，底座通孔裸露在现浇梁结构表面。现浇板梁预埋线管模块不在浇筑模板表面开孔，杜绝了结构模板损耗和混凝土漏浆等缺陷，结构外观更加美观、位置准确。
