The laying process comprises the steps of placing the pre-embedded line pipe in place, manufacturing a protection device, arranging the protection device, building a wall body, installing an electric box and recovering the protection device. The laying process has the advantages that plugging and positioning work of the multiple pre-embedded line pipes can be completed in one step, and the working efficiency is high; concrete can be prevented from entering the embedded line pipe; the distance between adjacent sleeves can be fixed, so that the distance between the adjacent pre-embedded line pipes can be kept uniform, and each pre-embedded line pipe is ensured to be surrounded by a proper amount of the concrete; even if the embedded line pipe is subjected to lateral external force in the later period, a embedded position can still be kept.
