The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and concretely relates to an anti-freezing and anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-freezing and anti-cracking concrete is prepared from, by weight, 320-350 parts of cement, 150-200 parts of water, 50-60 parts of slag powder, 500-600 parts of sand, 800-950 parts of gravel, 0.5-2 parts of air entraining agent, 8-12 parts of water reducing agent, 3-5 parts of anti-freezing agent, 4-5 parts of enhanced polypropylene fiber and 8-10 parts of nano calcium carbonate. The polypropylene fiber is oxidized, a functional group is introduced to the surface of the polypropylene fiber to improve the surface roughness of the polypropylene fiber, a layer of silicon dioxide film is evaporated on the surface of the polypropylene fiber, and silicon dioxide also contains more functional groups to facilitate close combination of the silicon dioxide film on the polypropylene fiber, so the strength of the polypropylene fiber is enhanced, and the strength of the concrete is improved. Meanwhile, the surface of the silicon dioxide carries hydrophilic groups, so that the polypropylene fiber can be uniformly dispersed in the concrete, and the freezing resistance and the cracking resistance of the concrete are improved.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,具体为一种抗冻抗开裂混凝土及其制备方法,包括该抗冻抗开裂混凝土包括以下重量份原料:水泥320‑350份、水150‑200份、矿渣粉50‑60份、砂子500‑600份、碎石800‑950份、引气剂0.5‑2份、减水剂8‑12份、防冻剂3‑5份、增强型聚丙烯纤维4‑5份,纳米碳酸钙8‑10份;本发明先通过对聚丙烯纤维进行氧化处理,在其表面引入功能性基团,并提高了聚丙烯纤维的表面粗糙度,再在其表面蒸镀一层二氧化硅薄膜,二氧化硅同样含有较多的功能性基团,有利于二氧化硅薄膜较为紧密的结合在聚丙烯纤维上,增强了聚丙烯纤维的强度,继而提高了混凝土的强度,同时,二氧化硅表面携有亲水性基团,有利于聚丙烯纤维均匀分散在混凝土中,提高了混凝土的抗冻性和防开裂性能。
