The invention provides anti-cracking and anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof.The anti-cracking and anti-freezing concrete is prepared from, by weight, 140-150 parts of phosphorus slag powder, 30-40 parts of fly ash, 0.6-0.8 part of a gel material, 0.5-2.5 parts of carbon nano tube powder, 1-3 parts of metakaolin, 10-20 parts of an anti-freezing material and 5-10 parts of water.According to the anti-cracking and anti-freezing concrete, the correlation degree between the interiors of the concrete is increased by adding the anti-freezing material and polyacrylonitrile fibers; the anti-cracking performance of the concrete is improved from the aspect of machinery, the lobster shell powder reduces the thermal expansion and cold contraction performance of the concrete and improves the anti-freezing performance of the concrete, so that the concrete meets the use requirement in a low-temperature region, the phenomena of cracking and frost cracking of the concrete of a building are avoided, and the safety performance of the building is ensured; by adding the carbon nanotube powder and the metakaolin, a compact continuous system is formed in the concrete, so that the mechanical property of the concrete is improved, and the phenomenon of collision deformation during use is avoided.
本发明提供一种抗开裂抗冻混凝土及其制备方法,该抗开裂抗冻混凝土其原料按重量份包括:磷渣粉140~150份,粉煤灰30~40份,凝胶材料0.6~0.8份,碳纳米管粉0.5~2.5份,偏高岭土1~3份,防冻料10~20份,水5~10份,本发明中,通过添加防冻料,聚丙烯腈纤维增加混凝土内部之间的关联度,从机械方面提高混凝土的抗开裂性能,龙虾壳粉降低混凝土的热涨冷缩性能,改善混凝土的防冻性能,使混凝土达到在低温地区的使用要求,避免建筑物的混凝土出现开裂和冻裂的现象,保证建筑物的安全性能;通过添加碳纳米管粉和偏高岭土,碳纳米管粉和偏高岭土使混凝土内部形成致密的连续体系,增大混凝土的机械性能,避免使用时出现碰撞变形的现象。
