The invention provides anti-freezing and anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof.The anti-freezing and anti-cracking concrete is prepared from a cementing material, aggregate, fly ash, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, an anti-freezing agent, mixing water, sepiolite-polylactic acid composite fibers and modified mesoporous silica, the sepiolite-polylactic acid composite fibers are composed of sepiolite fibers and polylactic acid fibers according to the mass ratio of 1: (0-0.3), and the length of the fiber is 10-100 [mu] m; and the modified mesoporous silica is silane modified hydrophobic mesoporous silica, and the mesoporous aperture is 5-30nm. According to the invention, optimized components and self-made reinforced anti-freezing auxiliary materials are added in a targeted manner, so that the workability of the concrete is effectively improved, the components are uniformly dispersed, the leveling effect is good, meanwhile, the concrete has an excellent air-entrapping effect, a large number of small bubbles are uniformly distributed in the structure, the gas content is greater than 4.7%, the anti-freezing and anti-cracking performance is effectively improved, the comprehensive benefits are remarkably improved, and the method is worthy of popularization and application.
本发明提出了一种抗冻抗开裂混凝土及其制备方法,包括胶凝材料、骨料、粉煤灰、聚羧酸减水剂、防冻剂、拌合水、海泡石‑聚乳酸复合纤维、改性介孔二氧化硅,其中,海泡石‑聚乳酸复合纤维由质量比1:0‑0.3的海泡石纤维、聚乳酸纤维组成,纤维长度为10‑100μm;改性介孔二氧化硅为硅烷改性疏水型介孔二氧化硅,介孔孔径为5‑30nm,本申请针对性添加优化组分,自制补强防冻辅配材料,有效提高了混凝土的和易性,组分均匀分散,流平效果好,同时具有优异的加气效果,结构内均匀分布大量小气泡,含气量大于4.7%,有效改善了抗冻抗开裂性能,综合效益显著提高,制得推广应用。
