The invention discloses a concrete sealing curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete sealing curing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of lithium silicate, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 8-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-8 parts of sulfated castor oil, 3-5 parts of silicone oil and 40-50 parts of deionized water. The water reducing agent is prepared in the preparation process and has a hydrophilic group sulfonic acid group and a hydrophobic group alkyl group, when the water reducing agent is added into concrete slurry, concrete particles can be fully dispersed, and meanwhile, the flocculation structure of cement particles can be destroyed when the water reducing agent is mixed with concrete, so that the water in the cement flocculating constituent is released, the fluidity of the concrete is improved, the workability of the concrete is improved, the concrete structure becomes dense, the strength of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
