The invention provides a concrete sealing curing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete sealing curing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 43-47 parts of sodium silicate, 2-4 parts of high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant filler, 7-12 parts of modified melamino-formaldehyde resin, 0.5-2 parts of a surfactant, 8-13 parts of modified polyacrylic acid, 1-2 parts of a waterproof agent and 50-55 parts of deionized water. The concrete sealing curing agent provided by the invention is good in chloride ion corrosion resistance, and can prevent internal expansion and cracking of concrete caused by deterioration of unreacted sodium silicate crystals due to carbon dioxide, so that the compressive strength is obviously improved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土密封固化剂及其制备方法,按照重量份数计,所述混凝土密封固化剂包括以下组分:硅酸钠43‑47份,耐高温耐磨填料2‑4份,改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂7‑12份,表面活性剂0.5‑2份,改性聚丙烯酸8‑13份,防水剂1‑2份,去离子水50‑55份。本发明提供的混凝土密封固化剂抗氯离子侵蚀性能好,并且可以防止二氧化碳使未反应的硅酸钠晶体变质造成混凝土内部膨胀和开裂,从而明显提高抗压强度。
