The indexes of the ceramsite product prepared by the invention meet the index requirements of 900-grade ceramsite in GBT17431.1-2010 Lightweight Aggregate and Experimental Methods thereof, the strength is greatly improved, the water absorption rate is lower, the ceramsite is simple in manufacturing process, the product strength is high, a large amount of solid waste is used, the production cost is low, no secondary solid waste is generated, and the ceramsite has important significance in relieving the coal ash stockpiling pressure of a power plant, improving the comprehensive utilization of solid wastes, and constructing an environment-friendly society.
