The invention discloses a composite anchoring inhaul cable and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of bridge compounding. The composite anchoring inhaul cable comprises a finished cable body and two or more steel strands and further comprises an extrusion locking device, an anchor cup and a limiting plate, the extrusion locking device is sleeved with the anchor cup, the limiting plate is arranged at the front end of the anchor cup, the number and the arrangement of the first threading holes formed in the extrusion locking device and the second threading holes formed in the limiting plate are the same as the arrangement and the number of the steel strands; a cavity defined by the anchor cup, the extrusion locking device and the limiting plate is filled with a cold casting holding and wrapping material layer. The device provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem that the prestressed tendons in the cable body are unequal in length due to bending force in the manufacturing and hoisting process of the inhaul cable, ensures that each prestressed tendon of the cable body is uniformly stressed, and improves the stress uniformity of the inhaul cable so as to prolong the service life of the inhaul cable.
本发明公开一种复合锚固拉索及其制作方法,涉及桥梁构成技术领域,复合锚固拉索包括成品索体及两根以上的钢绞线,还包括挤压锁固装置、锚杯和限位板,所述锚杯套设在所述挤压锁固装置上,所述限位板设置在所述锚杯的前端,其中:所述挤压锁固装置设置的第一穿线孔和所述限位板设置的第二穿线孔的数量和排布与所述钢绞线的排布和数量相同;所述锚杯、挤压锁固装置和限位板围成的空腔灌注有冷铸握裹材料层。本发明提供的装置可以有效的解决拉索在制作起吊的过程中索体内预应力筋受弯曲力产生的预应力筋不等长的问题,保证索体每根预应力筋受力均匀,提高拉索的受力均匀性进而提升拉索的使用寿命。
