The invention relates to a steel reinforcement cage feeding, transporting and discharging device. The steel reinforcement cage feeding, transporting and discharging device comprises a chassis and a rack, and further comprises a steel reinforcement cage feeding mechanism and a steel reinforcement cage discharging mechanism; a containing groove is formed in the rack; the steel reinforcement cage feeding mechanism comprises two first lifting mechanisms installed on the side wall of the rack, a steel reinforcement cage capable of being lifted by the two first lifting mechanisms in a relay manner, and two second lifting mechanisms used for overturning the steel reinforcement cage into the containing groove; one end of the rack is hinged to the chassis, and the other end of the rack is freely placed on a support of the chassis; and the steel reinforcement cage discharging mechanism comprises a lifting mechanism installed between the chassis and the rack, a traction limiting mechanism installed on the chassis and used for conducting traction limiting on the steel reinforcement cage in the containing groove, and a balance weight mechanism installed on the chassis and used for adjusting the position for balance when the free end of the rack is lifted. By means of the steel reinforcement cage feeding, transporting and discharging device, automatic feeding of the steel reinforcement cage and simultaneous transporting of multiple steel reinforcement cages can be achieved, and accurate cage discharging of the steel reinforcement cage can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种钢筋笼上料运输及下笼装置，包括底盘及机架，还包括钢筋笼上料机构及钢筋笼下笼机构，于机架上形成有搁置槽，钢筋笼上料机构包括安装于机架侧壁上的两个第一提升机构，以及可接力两个第一提升机构提升的钢筋笼、以将钢筋笼翻转至搁置槽内的两个第二提升机构，机架的一端与底盘铰链、另一端自由搁置于底盘的支架上，钢筋笼下笼机构包括安装于底盘和机架间的举升机构，以及安装于底盘上的、以对搁置槽内的钢筋笼进行牵引限位的牵引限位机构，还包括安装于底盘上的、以在机架的自由端举升时调整位置进行平衡的配重机构。本发明能够实现钢筋笼的自动上料以及多个钢筋笼的同时运输，还能实现钢筋笼的精准下笼。
