The rainwater recycling device comprises a wall, wherein a plurality of liquid collecting pipes are arranged on the outer side of the wall, the liquid collecting pipes are evenly arranged in parallel along the height of the wall, the liquid collecting pipes are obliquely arranged and fixedly connected with the wall, a plurality of supporting plates are arranged below the liquid collecting pipes and fixedly connected with the wall, a shielding plate is arranged above the liquid collecting pipes and fixedly connected with the liquid collecting pipes, a cleaning assembly and a main pipeline are arranged at the two ends of the shielding plate and the two ends of the liquid collecting pipes, one end of the cleaning assembly is located in the shielding plate and the liquid collecting pipes, and the main pipeline is perpendicular to the shielding plate and the liquid collecting pipes and connected with the shielding plate and the liquid collecting pipes. The problem that an existing rainwater collecting device cannot collect rainwater received by the vertical wall of the energy-saving building, and consequently a large amount of rainwater cannot be applied is solved.
