The green energy-saving building comprises a building body and a sewage collecting tank, two rain baffles are arranged at the top end of the building body, a vertically-arranged water guide pipe is arranged at the end, away from the axis of the building body, of each rain baffle, and the end, away from the corresponding rain baffle, of each water guide pipe communicates with the sewage collecting tank; a filtering disc is arranged at the end, close to the dirt collecting box, in the water guide pipe and slides in the length direction of the water guide pipe, a plurality of first filtering holes are formed in the surface of the filtering disc, the axis of the filtering disc protrudes towards the direction close to the rain baffle, and a plurality of first bristles and a scraping plate which abut against the inner wall of the water guide pipe are fixed to the outer surface of the filtering disc in the circumferential direction. A transmission assembly is fixed to the end, close to the rain baffle, outside the water guide pipe, and the output end of the transmission assembly is connected with the filtering disc. The situation that impurities in rainwater block an outlet in a conveying path can be reduced, and the rainwater drainage effect is improved.
