The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a rainwater recycling and reusing green energy-saving building which comprises a building body, and a water collecting pipe communicated with the roof of the building body is arranged in the building body; the turbine power generation device is arranged in the water collecting pipe in a penetrating mode and used for being driven by the potential energy of water flow in the water collecting pipe to generate power; the multi-stage filtering assembly is mounted in the water collecting pipe and used for filtering rainwater flowing through the water collecting pipe; the storage battery is mounted in the building main body and is electrically connected with the turbine generator; the water storage tank is mounted at the low-position end of the building main body, is communicated with a water outlet of the water collecting pipe and is used for storing recycled rainwater; the water collecting pipe is provided with a vertical pipe part, the turbine power generation device comprises a generator and a turbine in transmission connection with the generator, the turbine is rotationally installed at the low-position end of the vertical pipe part around the axis perpendicular to the water collecting pipe, and rainwater potential energy is converted into kinetic energy of the turbine and charges the storage battery. According to the invention, rainwater potential energy can be effectively utilized to generate electricity and rainwater can be recycled.
