The static dismantling construction method comprises the steps of static dismantling hydraulic clamp equipment preparation, indoor area protection, window removal on the to-be-dismantled wall, line snapping on the wall, hydraulic clamp installation, wall breaking, structure reinforcement, dismantling part edge chiseling, concrete fragment hoisting and truck loading; and firstly, protection measures are taken for an indoor area, after protection is completed, a window on a wall is removed, the length of a to-be-dismantled section is popped up on the wall, concrete of the to-be-dismantled wall is crushed through a handheld hydraulic clamp, crushed concrete is bagged and transported to the position of a winch on a floor surface through a trolley, and then the concrete section is hoisted to the ground through a winch. Reinforcing measures are taken on the structure after dismantling construction is completed, and potential safety hazards of the structure are prevented.
