The invention relates to slurry-coated reinforced permeable recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building material concrete. The slurry-coated reinforced permeable recycled concrete comprises the following raw materials in terms of mass per unit volume: 325-375 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 100-150 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash, 600-700 kg/m < 3 > of reinforced recycled coarse aggregate with a particle size of 10-20 mm, and 300-350 kg/m < 3 > of reinforced recycled coarse aggregate with a particle size of 5-10 mm; a water-binder ratio of the concrete is 0.28-0.32; the mixing amount of a water reducing agent is 0.7-0.9% of that of a cementing material, and the mixing amount of a thickening agent is 0.23-0.27% of that of the cementing material; the cement and the fly ash are both cementing materials. The preparation method of the slurry-coated reinforced permeable recycled concrete comprises the following steps of: step 1, reinforcing recycled aggregate by using slurry consisting of cement and silica fume; step 2, weighing raw materials; step 3, stirring and mixing the raw materials; and step 4, preparing and curing the slurry-coated reinforced permeable recycled concrete. According to the slurry-coated reinforced permeable recycled concrete and the preparation method thereof, the performance of the permeable recycled concrete can be improved, pollution to the natural environment is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
