According to the structure and the construction method, the disturbance of a closure section construction beam body is small, and the position and the weight of a balance weight are determined through theoretical calculation on the premise of no disturbance during concrete pouring by utilizing an equal displacement balance weight method; the safety of a closed bridge is improved, the midspan sagging moment is effectively reduced through reasonable balance weight, certain lower edge pressure stress can be stored, the internal force of a bridge structure is optimized, and safe use of a bridge is ensured.
