Non-excavation combined reinforcement construction method
The invention relates to a non-excavation combined reinforcement construction method. The technical problems that in the prior art, soil and sand flow, hole collapse and the like are caused by instability of the hole wall of a drilled hole in the non-excavation pipeline construction process are solved. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, two groups of steel sheet piles are driven into a determined instability range section to form a lateral support and a lateral waterproof curtain; grouting is conducted in the area between the two groups of steel sheet piles, a local rock-soil body is reinforced through grout, and a reinforcing arch and a water stop structure above the reinforcing arch are formed; two ends of the reinforcing arch are respectively connected with the two groups of steel sheet piles to form an integral water stop support; and pipeline laying construction is carried out in an area limited by the integral water stop support. The steel sheet piles are adopted for lateral supporting of the instability range, lateral deformation is controlled, the grouting reinforcement range is limited, and the water stop effect is achieved. Steel sheet pile supporting and clamping are combined with a reinforcing body to form the arch, the arch effect is fully utilized to disperse the pressure of an upper covering layer, the overall water stopping effect is achieved, and ground collapse caused by continuous collapse is avoided.
本发明涉及一种非开挖联合加固施工方法,解决现有技术中非开挖管道施工过程中钻孔孔壁失稳而导致的流土流砂和塌孔等情况的技术问题。首先在确定的失稳范围地段中打入两组钢板桩,形成侧向支护以及侧向止水帷幕;在两组钢板桩之间的区域进行注浆,通过浆液对局部岩土体进行加固,形成加固拱以及上方止水结构;加固拱的两端分别与两组钢板桩相接,形成整体止水支护;在整体止水支护限定的区域中进行管道敷设施工。本发明采用钢板桩对失稳范围进行侧向支护,控制了侧向变形,限定了注浆加固范围,且具有止水作用。通过钢板桩支撑、夹持与加固体联合成拱,充分利用拱形效应分散上部覆盖层压力,且具有整体止水的作用,避免持续坍塌导致地面的塌陷。
