The invention relates to a construction method of a core tube shear wall and a steel structure beam embedded part, and belongs to the technical field of concrete and steel structure combined structure construction. The construction method comprises the following operation steps of pre-hoisting a steel beam bound with a steel wire and a steel column through a lifting hook; connecting and fastening a connecting plate and the steel beam on both ends of the steel beam through high-strength bolts; fixing the connecting plate on one end of the steel beam to the steel column through spot welding, and then supporting the lower end of the steel beam through a jig frame; welding a frame structure embedded part at the connecting plate on the other end of the steel beam; binding steel bars which are distributed in a transversely and vertically staggered mode with steel wires before formworks are laid on both side ends of the frame structure embedded part, then erecting the formworks, and finally, pouring concrete into the formworks, so that the structural construction of the core tube shear wall is completed; and removing the lifting hook, the steel wires and the jig frame after the core tube shear wall is formed. The construction method has the advantages of high construction efficiency, good safety and reliability and short construction period. The problem that the core tube shear wall and the steel structure cannot be synchronously installed in multiple procedures is solved.
本发明涉及一种核心筒剪力墙与钢结构梁埋件的施工方法,所属混凝土与钢结构组合结构施工技术领域,如下操作步骤:通过吊钩将捆绑有钢丝的钢梁与钢柱进行预吊装。在钢梁两端采用高强螺栓将连接板与钢梁进行相连紧固。将钢梁一端的连接板与钢柱点焊固定,接着在钢梁下端采用胎架进行支撑。在钢梁另一端的连接板处焊接框架结构预埋件。框架结构预埋件两侧端铺设模板前,采用钢丝对横竖交错分布的钢筋进行绑扎,然后支设模板,最后在模板内浇筑混凝土,完成核心筒剪力墙的结构施工。核心筒剪力墙成型后,去除吊钩、钢丝、胎架。具有施工效率高、安全可靠性好和施工周期短的优点。解决了核心筒剪力墙与钢结构安装无法多道工序同步进行的问题。
