The invention discloses a small viaduct surrounding the city, a traffic system of the small viaduct surrounding the city and an operation method of the traffic system. A transverse viaduct and a longitudinal viaduct which pass in a one-way mode and are distributed in a crossed mode are arranged on a main road, and a closed-loop passing route circulating in the hour hand direction is selected according to the driving direction of the transverse viaduct and the longitudinal viaduct; a connecting bridge is erected between the transverse viaduct and the longitudinal viaduct included in the closed-loop passage route to realize steering; the invention relates to a transportation method which is formed by combining minicars serving as leading and small viaducts serving as relying, in particular to a novel traffic concept mode which is built in a mode that a community is surrounded in a # shape, and a three-dimensional traffic system is composed of the minicars, a plurality of transverse viaducts, a plurality of longitudinal viaducts, a circulating connecting bridge, an upper runway and a lower runway. One-way driving is carried out on the premise of existing traffic rules, and a city is formatted step by step, so that the problem of traffic jam caused by traffic lights and shared roads is solved, and the traffic jam is reduced.
本发明公开了一种环城小高架、环城小高架的交通系统及其运行方法，在主干道路上设置单向通行且交叉分布的横向高架桥和纵向高架桥，根据横向高架桥和纵向高架桥的行驶方向选择沿着时针方向循环的闭环通行路线，且在闭环通行路线包含的横向高架桥和纵向高架桥之间架设连接桥实现转向；本发明是以微型汽车为主导和以小高架为依托而组合形成的运输方法，以井字包围小区的方式建造的交通新概念模式，它由微型汽车、若干条横向高架桥、若干条纵向高架桥、循环连接桥、上下跑道组成立体交通系统，在现有交通规则的前提下进行单向驾驶，逐步地将城市格式化，以解决红绿灯以及道路公享引起的交通堵塞问题，降低交通堵塞。
