Construction method of pile head of pile foundation
The invention discloses a construction method of a pile head of a pile foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that a conical sleeve and a sealing sleeve sleeve on a steel bar and a sounding pipe on the pile foundation, and then after concrete pouring is completed, a cast-in-place pile is obtained; designed elevation positions of the pile foundation and the pile head are determined on the cast-in-place pile; an annular cutting seam is formed in the designed elevation positions through cutting, the depth of the annular cutting seam extends to the outer circumferential surface of the conical sleeve, N inner wedge holes are annularly formed in the lower edge position of the annular cutting seam; an outer wedge block is plugged into each inner wedge hole, and an oil cylinder is used for applying force, so that the pile foundation and the pile head are dilated to be fractured along the annular cutting seam and stably and upwards ascend to separate the sealing sleeve from the conical sleeve, and meanwhile, the sounding pipe, the conical sleeve and the sealing sleeve are further pulled to be separated; and the pile head concrete and the conical sleeve are vertically hoisted out through a crane. The construction method is free of damage to the steel bar, high in safety performance, high in operation speed, high in stability and high in construction operation safety coefficient, and greatly improves the working efficiency.
本发明公开了一种桩基桩头的施工方法,在桩基上的钢筋和声测管上均套设锥形套管和密封套,然后将混凝土浇注完成后,获得灌注桩;在所述灌注桩上确定桩基和桩头的设计标高位置;在所述设计标高位置通过切割形成环切割缝,所述环切割缝的深度延伸到锥形套管的外圆周表面,并且在所述环切割缝的下沿位置环向设置N个内楔孔;在每个内楔孔内塞入外楔块并通过油缸加力,使得桩基和桩头沿环切缝撑断裂开,并平稳的向上上升使密封套和锥形套管分离,同时声测管和锥形套管、密封套也会拉开分离;通过吊机将桩头混凝土和锥形套筒垂直吊出即可。本发明对钢筋无损伤,安全性能高,作业速度快,稳定性能强,施工作业安全系数高,大大提高了工作效率。
