CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FOUNDATION PILE HAVING REINFORCED PILE HEAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a foundation pile, capable of reliably reinforcing the pile head of the foundation pile using a temporary pile.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: fitting a link 71 of a first temporary pile 70 having the same diameter as a steel pipe pile 10 into a pile head 11 so as to make a detachable connection without a protrusion on the outer surface of the connection part, and transmitting torque to the steel pipe pile through the first temporary pile, such that the rotating steel pipe pile penetrates the ground to a predetermined depth; inserting the head of the first temporary pile into the central hole in a circular ring at the lower end of an outer shell steel pipe 20; moving the outer shell steel pipe along from the first temporary pile through the connection part to the steel pipe pile, such that the rotating head of the outer shell steel pipe penetrates the ground to reache close to the ground surface; connecting the head of the outer shell steel pipe to a second temporary pile 80, and allowing the rotating outer shell steel pipe to penetrate the ground to a predetermined depth through the second temporary pile, such that a space part 30 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the pile head and the inner peripheral surface of the outer shell steel pipe; and filling the space part with a flowable solidification material so as to form a reinforcement body 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】雇い杭を使用し、基礎杭の杭頭部を確実に補強することが出来る基礎杭の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭10と同じ外径を有する第1雇い杭70の連結金具71を杭頭部11に嵌め込んで連結部分の外面に突起物が生じないように着脱可能に連結し、第1雇い杭を介して鋼管杭に回転力を伝達して鋼管杭を所定の深さまで地盤に回転貫入させる工程と、外殻鋼管20をその下端部の円環板の中心穴に第1雇い杭の頭部を通して第1雇い杭に挿通させる工程と、外殻鋼管を第1雇い杭から連結部分及び鋼管杭に沿って移動させて外殻鋼管の頭部が地表近くに位置するまで地盤に回転貫入させる工程と、外殻鋼管の頭部に第2雇い杭80を連結し、第2雇い杭を介して外殻鋼管を更に所定の深さまで地盤に回転貫入させて、杭頭部の外周面と外殻鋼管の内周面との間に空間部30を形成する工程と、空間部に流動性固化材を充填して補強体40を形成する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1
